Outrageous "No Bake" Chocolate Clusters

These chocolate clusters are no bake and all yum, made with almond butter and a scoop of chopped almond slices.

16 cookies
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup sliced raw almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup Organic Raw Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 cup natural almond butter
  • 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips, melted

Pulse oats in food processor until it becomes a coarse powder; set aside.  

In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, chopped almonds and sugar. Add almond butter and melted chocolate. Mix until it becomes a firm dough.  

Scoop by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment paper-lined sheet pan. Press down to flatten the cookies. Refrigerate or freeze until clusters become firm, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.  

Store clusters in an airtight container.
