1. Measure out the cereal and place it in a large bowl or on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then set aside.
2. In a small pot over low heat, melt the butterscotch chips with the butter and almond butter.
3. Once melted, pour the mixture over the cereal. Using a spatula or your hands, mix the melted butterscotch mixture into the cereal, making sure to coat all the pieces as evenly as possible. Once fully coated, let the cereal mixture sit until the coating has cooled and hardened.
4. Place the coated cereal into a large re-sealable plastic bag. Add the icing sugar to the bag, seal it, then shake the bag until all the cereal is evenly coated with icing sugar. Place in bowls and serve to the fans.
