Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Cream together the butter and Redpath Golden Yellow Sugar until light and fluffy. 3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beat well. 4. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda. 5. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, folding to combine well. 6.
