Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking trays with parchment paper. 2. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter, sugars and egg yolk in a small bowl until light and creamy. Add the vanilla and beat until combined. Image Image Image 3. In a small bowl whisk the baking powder and flour together. 4. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Stir until just combined.
