1. Bring 3.5 litres of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to instructions on the box to al-dente. Strain and cool. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl combine Redpath® Dark Brown Sugar, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
3. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Keep in fridge for up to 3 days.
